Our check-in machine and Hotelbird offer our guests the greatest possible flexibility

Whether business travelers or tourists – all of our guests are happy to be able to check in flexibly and independently at any time of the day or night using the check-in machine on site or online using the Check-In-Service Hotelbird. Regardless of whether you have previously booked via a booking portal, our own homepage or by telephone or email, the check-in machine and Hotelbird will guide you through self-check-in in just a few steps. Of course, if there is capacity, you can also book a room at the machine without prior reservation and check in directly.

When you use the Hotelbird app, you receive your key directly on your mobile phone and can enter the hotel and your room via Bluetooth. This means there is no need to check in at reception.

The reception is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Arrival is possible from 2:00 p.m.

Departure should be by 12:00 p.m. at the latest; a later departure is possible by arrangement.
